William E. Fitzgerald designed this 4-acre scenic lake for the 810- unit Greenbrier North adult community located in Marlboro Township, Monmouth County New Jersey. The lake is a beautiful, fair-weather recreation facility and provides storm water management for several hundred acres of upstream residential development.
